This information is used to correctly identify the individual whom was driving at the time of offence, or was later changed with the offence.

If you are charged with a traffic offense but are not the registered owner of the vehicle, we require by law a written letter of Authorization from the owner of the vehicle.

If the traffic offense occurred in a company or commercial vehicle, we may also require proof of VEH registration, the company’s address, the company’s policy, and proof of commercial vehicle registration.

In unique circumstances, we may also require citizenship and immigration documents, employment information, and/or proof of student status.
