“I travel to Thunder Bay Ontario often for business and usually fly but in December my wife and I decided to drive so we can visit Winnipeg to shop and visit with friends. I was driving on the perimeter highway and got pulled over and received 2 tickets. 1 for over speeding and another for no license (even though my wallet was in my suit jacket in the trunk) the officer would not allow me to retrieve it.
