"I was on my way to see my family for brunch towards polo park area and got pulled over. I knew I was not over speeding, and wondered why I was pulled over. To my shock, the officer that came to my window told me I was pulled over for using my cell phone?! I was in utter disbelief and tried to explain to the officer but he just asked me for my license and registration. I sat there thinking, is this how my Saturday morning starts? I got a ticket and continued to drive to meet my family. I shared my story with them and my cousin said she saw an ad on social media about if you have a traffic ticket contact Agent 204. She showed me the ad and we sent an email. We didn’t expect to hear back until the week after since it was Saturday. But I got a reply back within the hour and I called the number after we ate and spoke to him in the parking lot. I decided to meet him the following Monday afternoon and he listened to my story and told me of my options. He broke it down and eased my anxiety over this ticket, I couldn’t stop worrying because I also was prepping for midterms before spring break started. In the end, he was able to resolve the matter and I got no points! I did end up paying a fine but the points are what bothered me. I saved his number in my contact list and whenever friends or family may get a traffic ticket, I always send them a text about agent 204. He is funny, he knows all too well the anxiety for writing exams and he shared a story about his experience when he was finishing his degree at University. Totally recommend his services."
